Returns

Returns are accepted only with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • RMA requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your product.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible stock items returned during this period.

Refunds & Exchanges

Custom-printed items are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a custom-printed item is found to be defective, please notify us within 15 days of receipt.
We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
Defective items may need to be returned for inspection before a resolution is provided.
