Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). RMA's must be obtained within 15 days. There is a 15% restocking fee on stock items that are returned within 15 days. To receive a RMA, please contact Customer Service at (800) 868-7018 or email email@example.com.
Refunds & Exchanges
Custom printed items are not returnable for refund or exchanges.
Should your custom item be defective, please contact Customer Service at (800) 868-7018 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your product(s). Customer Service will work out a reorder, credit, or refund of your order. Please be aware that the defective products will normally need to be returned.
