Product Sample Policy

At GloveGuardStore.com, we understand that choosing the right safety product online can sometimes be difficult. To help ensure you’re making the best selection for your needs, we offer product samples whenever possible. Please review our sample policy below:


1. Costs & Availability

We offer non-imprinted samples, and in some cases, imprinted samples, to assist you in evaluating our products before making a purchase.

  • Due to the wide range of product types and costs, not all samples are free.

  • Some samples may include a charge for the product and shipping.

  • Any sample charges will be credited to your account when a full order of that item is placed.

  • All sample charges must be paid in full prior to shipment.


2. How to Request a Sample

A representative will respond within 24 business hours to confirm product availability, provide any applicable costs, estimated delivery date, and available shipping options.


3. Information to Include in Your Request

To help us process your sample request efficiently, please include the following details:

  • Item number of the product(s) you wish to sample

  • Quantity requested (if more than one)

  • Specific color, size, or style preferences

  • Preferred shipping method, if not standard ground

  • Your shipper account number, if you would like shipping billed directly to your carrier account
